Tennessee Hills Distillery began at Jonesborough’s historic Salt House out of a passion for creating quality spirits. Stephen and Jessica Callahan graduated with degrees in Biology and Chemistry before realizing a white lab coat job wasn’t quite their calling.

Visitors to the distillery can enjoy an educational tour and tasting of its products, before opting for the special bottle your own option that allows them to select their own Single Barrel Clayton James Tennessee Whiskey from among those stored within its barrels at the distillery.

Old Glory Distilling Co is now a bustling pet-friendly distillery where visitors can sip spirits while experiencing a whiskey tasting journey.

By early 2024, The team plans to expand this Clarksville location. It will feature both indoor and outdoor seating areas with a grain silo bar. In terms of cuisine, expect modern takes on regional classics as well as specially curated cocktails on its menu.
